2. Adoption Eligibility

• Have suitable living conditions for the dog

We reserve the right to decline an adoption if conditions are not appropriate.

3. Payments

Payments must be completed before a puppy is transferred or shipped.
Deposits are non-refundable.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is handled through approved carriers under our Shipping Policy.
Delays caused by weather, airline restrictions, or travel issues are not our liability.

5. Health Information

We provide all available health records.
We do not cover conditions caused by improper care, neglect, accidents, or failure to follow vet guidelines.

6. Ownership Transfer

Ownership transfers only after full payment and agreement signature.

7. Limitation of Liability

Bulldog Atlas is not liable for any:

• Vet bills after adoption

• Behavioral issues caused by the environment

• Damages caused by the dog after adoption
