At Bulldog Atlas, the safety, comfort, and well-being of our puppies come first. We are committed to ensuring that every French and English Bulldog puppy reaches their new family safely and with the highest level of care. This Shipping Policy outlines how we handle transportation, delivery timelines, and what to expect once your adoption is approved.

1. Shipping Options

We offer safe and reliable delivery options depending on your location:

• Ground Transportation

For regional or domestic deliveries, we work with trusted pet transport services that specialize in handling small breeds. Puppies are transported in climate-controlled vehicles and monitored throughout the journey.

• Air Transportation

For longer distances, we use airline-approved pet shipping services that prioritize the puppy’s comfort and safety. All flights comply with airline regulations for live animals. A professional pet handler or flight nanny may accompany the puppy when available.

2. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times vary depending on your location:

  • Local Delivery: Usually within 1–3 business days after adoption approval.

  • Domestic Delivery: Typically within 3–7 business days.

  • International Delivery: Delivery may take 7–14 business days depending on airline schedules and import requirements.

We will provide updates and estimated arrival times once shipping is scheduled.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees depend on:

  • Delivery distance

  • Transportation type (ground or air)

  • Airline requirements

  • Flight nanny availability (optional)

The exact cost will be shared during the adoption process before final confirmation.

4. Health & Safety Requirements

To ensure safe travel, all puppies:

  • Are examined by a licensed veterinarian

  • Receive age-appropriate vaccinations

  • Travel with health certificates required by your region

  • Are transported in airline-approved crates or carriers

  • Have access to food, water, and comfortable bedding during transit

We do not ship puppies younger than 8 weeks, in accordance with animal welfare guidelines.

5. Owner Responsibilities

Upon arrival, the new owner must:

  • Pick up the puppy promptly from the airport or delivery point

  • Present a valid ID

  • Inspect the puppy and notify us of any issues within 24 hours

Failure to collect the puppy on time may result in additional holding or boarding fees.

6. Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances

Weather, airline policies, or unexpected travel restrictions may cause delays.
If this happens:

  • We will reschedule the delivery

  • You will be contacted immediately

  • Your puppy will remain in safe care until shipping is possible

We prioritize safety over speed.

7. No-Shipping Zones

Some regions may not allow the import of certain breeds, including bulldogs.
If your area restricts this, we will notify you and discuss alternative arrangements or refund options.
